Let's give some love to the Tortolita Preserve trails after this year's spectacular monsoon season. Meet at the trailhead inside the gate at Moore Road and help us move some of the sand that is clogging up the wash crossings along the trail, particularly on the west side. Lunches and beverages will be provided at the end, so come on out and help SDMB give some love to the trails at the Preserve. Please register so we can plan for tools, meals and drinks. If you can't volunteer, please consider donating to SDMB to further support such on-the-ground work.

Please come prepared with:

• Plenty of water (minimum 2-3 liters) and snacks
• A backpack or bag to carry all your personal items. We will be away from the vehicles until the end of the work event.
• Sun protection: hat, sunscreen, sunglasses (long sleeves / long pants recommended).
• Sturdy closed toed shoes (boots recommended)
• Weather appropriate clothing
• Work gloves (extra work gloves will be available if needed)

All tools will be provided. No previous trail work experience necessary.
