What is the Summit for Arizona Trails?

The Network for Arizona Trails is again hosting a 2-day summit to bring together advocates for trails and outdoor recreation to learn from one another and identify best practices. 

As folks working everyday to help Arizonans and visitors get on the trails, some of us see a void in this state when it comes to a space for trail builders, planners, advocates and users to gather. This could be….

• space for advocacy on the local, regional, state and national level

• space to share resources and knowledge among organizations that are not already operating in partnership but may be working on similar goals. 

• the beginning of building a lasting coalition to elevate the discussion of trail related recreation within our state and community.
