This months Thirsty Thursday will be on Friday the 18th. at Borderlands Brewing Company. When Borderlands suggested we hold it on Friday we jumped at the opportunity to get more people at our event. As usual, $1 from each draft will be donated to SDMB. And we will have our Swag and raffle tickets for sale.

Here is a little about Borderlands Brewing Company,

Borderlands Brewing Company was founded in 2010 by two close friends, Mike Mallozzi and Miles Stone. Co-founders Mike and Myles had been avid home brewers for many years, but they started Borderlands after being involved in careers outside of the brewing industry. Michael obtained a PhD in Microbiology, and does research on disease-causing bacteria at the University of Arizona in the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences. Myles is a now physician for Indian Health Services. Both have a passion for craft beer and their community.

Borderlands is located in the downtown Tucson’s Warehouse Arts District in a building that was built in the early 1900s, and is the former home of Tooley and Sons Produce Company.
