Thanks for registering for the inaugural Summit for Arizona Trails!
A diverse group of organizations including motorized and non-motorized trail professionals and advocates has come together to host a Summit for Arizona Trails Friday afternoon, February 21st through Saturday, February 22nd in Cottonwood, Arizona at the historic Cottonwood Community Club House.
A statewide gathering like this hasn’t happened for 12 years. Don’t you think it’s time to get
together? If you have a passion for trails and are actively engaged in advocacy, management or volunteerism, we hope you’ll join us.
What's the Summit all about?
As folks working everyday to help Arizonans and visitors get on the trails, some of us see a void
in this state when it comes to a space for trail builders, planners, advocates and users to gather.
This could be:
• space for advocacy on the local, regional, state and national level
• space to share resources and knowledge among organizations that are not already operating in partnership but may be working on similar goals.
• the beginning of building a lasting coalition to elevate the discussion of trail related recreation within our state and community.
The plan is not for a series of presenters giving rehearsed training or speeches. Instead, we aim to provide a collaborative environment specially tailored to spark conversations where participants not only identify work to be done but work together to start building the tools they need to accomplish it.

See you at the Summit!
